Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Electronic Checks through Paypal. For those of you that do not wish to pay via the internet, it is possible to mail us a Certified Check or an International Money Order made out to Electroshop and in U.S Dollars (please click link below for our mailing address). We will ship your order immediately after reception & processing of your payment. Processing time for certified checks varies greatly from bank to bank and also from location to location. We will keep you informed of any unusual delay. Orders will be delivered 2 to 6 working days after processing of payment, and may take longer for orders outside the United States. Do not forget to include your return address for shipping, your order number and a short description of your order in the back of the certified check or IMO. Please add a $5 processing fee if you are paying by certified check.

Our Return Policy
We will accept any defective product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to contact us for an RMA number. Refunds are for product costs only and do not include shipping. We charge a 5% restocking fee for all returned orders. No returns accepted on E-books or CD's.
